Pragmatic

• Go to satsang twice a week.
• Go outside in nature. If you are in a city look up at the sky or hug a city tree :)
• Utilize your handout guides
• Drink warm water in the morning
• Lean on the community
  • Find or create local sadhak community here
• Create and cultivate a shakti buddy relationship
• Create voice memos or a journal of the flow or rhythm
• Gratitude journal
• Progress journal
• Brain dump journal
• Write letters to the divine
• Walk barefoot on the earth
• Take epsom salt baths
• Take cold showers
• Pop into the recurring retreats as much as possible
• Get bodywork with conscious practitioners
• Consume supportive or escapist Books, Podcasts, movies
• Exercise
