- Go to satsang twice a week.
- Go outside in nature. If you are in a city look up at the sky or hug a city tree :)
- Utilize your handout guides
- Drink warm water in the morning
- Lean on the community
- Find or create local sadhak community here
- Create and cultivate a shakti buddy relationship
- Create voice memos or a journal of the flow or rhythm
- Gratitude journal
- Progress journal
- Brain dump journal
- Write letters to the divine
- Walk barefoot on the earth
- Take epsom salt baths
- Take cold showers
- Pop into the recurring retreats as much as possible
- Get bodywork with conscious practitioners
- Consume supportive or escapist Books, Podcasts, movies
- Exercise
